Ingredients
1 cauliflower head
1 Tbs olive oil
1 tsp mixed Herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano)
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic
1 Tbs Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Cut off the cauliflower stem, wash it and dry it thoroughly;
Wrap it up in wax paper and microwave it on high for four minutes or boil it for about the same time;
In a bowl, mix olive oil and spices, then brush this mixture all over the top and bottom of the cauliflower;
Air fry at 180 C / 350 F for 10 minutes, top with 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 200 C / 390 F. That’s how easy it is!
