Roasted cauliflower

Crispy, soft and just a little cheesy.


Are you looking for a healthy yet tasty side dish that you can get ready in minutes with the very minimum effort? Here’s the answer to your problem! Roasted cauliflower is a great option whether you need a veggie to pair with your rice on a meat-free Monday or a yummy side to your steak on a busy night. Just top it with your favorite seasoning and pop it in your air fryer: that’s it! You’re all done. And guess what? It’s low-calorie, Vegeterian, Paleo and Keto friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head

  • 1 Tbs olive oil

  • 1 tsp mixed Herbs (rosemary, sage, thyme, oregano)

  • 1/2 tsp paprika

  • 1/2 tsp garlic

  • 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Method

  1. Cut off the cauliflower stem, wash it and dry it thoroughly;

  2. Wrap it up in wax paper and microwave it on high for four minutes or boil it for about the same time;

  3. In a bowl, mix olive oil and spices, then brush this mixture all over the top and bottom of the cauliflower;

  4. Air fry at 180 C / 350 F for 10 minutes, top with 1 Tbs Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2 minutes at 200 C / 390 F. That’s how easy it is!
