
Ingredients
50 g basil leaves
1 or 2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp of rock sea salt
6 Tbs Parmesan cheese
2 Tbs Pecorino cheese
1 Tbs pine nuts
100 ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Method
Place basil leaves, salt and pine nuts into the bowl of a food processor and pulse several times;
Add garlic, Parmesan cheese and Pecorino cheese and pulse a couple more times;
Turn on your food processor on low and while it is running, slowly add the olive oil in a steady stream until combined. Occasionally stop to scrape down the sides of your food processor;
Stir some salt and pepper to taste and enjoy with your favorite pasta!
