
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 small red onion
1 yellow lemon (juice of)
2 springs parsley (or Cilantro)
1 dash of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Chop onion;
Place avocado and lemon juice in a bowl and gently smash and mix them them together with a fork;
Add in onion, spices and parsley and mix until combined;
Top with paprika and a little parsley to decorate.
Make sure your store your guacamole in the fridge covered with cling film until it is time to serve it!
