
Ingredients
3 garlic cloves, peeled
1Tbs extra-virgin olive oil
250g crushed tomatoes
3 leaves of fresh Basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Heat up the olive oil, then roast your garlic cloves for a couple of minutes;
Lower the heat and pour the crushed tomatoes;
Cover up with a lid and let simmer for 10 minutes;
Remove the lid and let simmer for a couple more minutes so your sauce gets dry;
Add salt a pepper to taste then top with fresh Basil leaves.
That's it! Your sauce is ready for you to dress your favorite pasta!
