Welcome to Ale’s kitchen on the road, a unique recipes blog here for you to explore. 
As an expat, I’ve had the amazing opportunity to live in several countries and meet people from all over the world. Each of them have added so much value to my life and some have become family. But most importantly, many of them have shared with me their grandmother’s secret dishes and exotic cooking tips.
Ale’s kitchen on the road is a collection of all of the recipes I’ve learnt on the way, as well as those that my own mom and grandma passed onto me.
